I'd assume keep trying, but don't expect to get anywhere fast.

SE hasn't learned a thing from FF11... Seriously, why couldn't they prevent people from logging into the game based on their code... That way people could have gotten the code, I don't know, yesterday or the day before. Then they could activate the open beta codes. Less waiting, and such...

JUST A HEADS UP GUYS!!! I made an edit to the bottom of eowynns first post in this thread (on page 1) that will summarize all the important info for everyone to know as "the official" info so as to weed through whats discussion and whats decided. Me, and Eow of course if wants too, will keep that first post updated with all the up to date info that is discussed, decided and posted through out this thread for easy access for everyone.

Post your beta and offical character names if you want them to be listed so people can keep an eye out for you in game. Also if you choose another server other than the "official meet up" server, post that also so we can post where everyone is. But i hope everyone decides to gather on the same server

im not going do the open beta, but instead going wait for the launch date to play the ffxiv enne. whatever server we all finally decide on for the final entry is the one ill be going to for sure. looks like they are keeping the same servers available for the the final launch date as for the open beta if i read it right. as before i stated in this post be using Starrlight Comeaux(midland hyur) for my character's name(hopefully that will take, if it don't i will edited this post) residence in Gridania. looking forward to playing ffxiv, hehe 3weeks to go and counting.
