Definitely a fake video - the same two kids have multiple videos of the exact same thing. And they never break anything. No one gets that angry and breaks nothing.

Chances are, if it is real, he has bipolar or some other type of manic disease. All of it treatable. I'd stay his parents are more fucked up for not helping him.

I figured it was fake just due to the timing. He sets up the camera and runs out of the room, crossing paths with a nutjob on the warpath. You don't do that if you aren't angling for some abuse. Plus the room isn't decorated like a kid's room, look at the decor. Lighthouses? Cat calendar? Also, the shoe he pulls out of the closet doesn't seem a fit... Then runs in the room, again crossing paths with the guy after an episode instead of hiding and waiting for him to pass... You don't get that close to mentally unstable people having a fit.
