What you do whenever someone in customer service says they can't/won't debate with you... Is you take down their name, then you tell them to give you someone who WILL. Ask for their manager. If they refuse, call customer service and report them. You'd be amazed how fast people shit their pants and backpedal when you go over their head.

Gotta agree w/ ver here . had a customer issue at the store and the lady gave me a run around for 20 min , i just said mam , please give me your supervisor. BAM supervisor , 2 min , problem fixed.

I've seen a few videos/SS's of jailed GM convos, it looks like a large room in the Horutoto Ruins. Which is kind of funny since it sort of fits with in-game Windurst lore about the Dungeon of Darkness.
