I recorded our recent (and first) Sandworm/Past Serket Kill and I was going to let everyone know if they want to give a hand at editing it and makeing a little LS video. I would do it myself but I'm too lazy and people prob wouldn't even like it. I'm sure there are more artistic people out there in our LS who can do better.

I would rather not upload them here because it is easily 6GB+ uncompressed fraps video. And I don't want to deal with bandwidth issues anywhere. So if you're interested please post here or PM me or w/e and we can work something out. Please let me know in a week or so because I would love to reclaim my HDD space asap.

How many minutes is it. Uncompresses vids are horrible on space and I would personally recommend running it through either Windows movie maker to convert to a reasonable quality (640x480 should be enough no need to resort to HD for online purposes) video or through the DIVX converter that comes with the new Divx packages.

As for space, provided you get it down to a reasonable size and are willing to spend the time uploading it (and provided it doesnt fuck up) you can upload it here

I havent finished tweaking the settings but that will be the new gallery for storing multimedia locally for members. It techincally has unlimited storage/bandwidth but I forget if I capped single filesize (and for practical purposes files should really be below 200-300mb and ideally below 100mb). You WILL have to register for it seperatelly as I have been too lazy to bridge it to the forums.

As far as these go, I'll go ahead and convert them etc. I'm gunna try the DIVX, because I think I used that program in the past. I know I've used WMM and it's good but rather try something different.

As for our Gallery, how will that work? Everyone gets their own spot? Or will there be certain topics/categories ? Because there are some Screenies of our KBs, Aspids, Fafhog kills and such that we can transfer over but ya know. Where and how to put them.

For the gallery eevry member gets their own folder. They can make sub folders in their own folder if they want (foir organizational purposes). Uploaded pictures will have information for posting in forums (like if you upload to imageshack) and can also be used as slideshows.

I told you what to do with them as far as converting them to a compressed format and uploading them to the gallery.

I am not personally messing with 30GB of files transfer tho. Make it small (100mb or less ideally 200mb max) and I can deal with uploading/hosting it.

Nah, that's not what I mean. I'll take care of that. But if no one cares enough to show any interest, no point to do any work compressing them and uploading them.
