Even though this is just for Japan, the release date apparently is 17th of December this Christmas. It should be legit according to this:

If I remember correctly, it does not have English subtitles, so importing it for voice acting in Japanese is out of the question.

it's legit. my brother lives in tyoko and they have posters and signs all over with that date on it. he already preordered it. the lucky bastard
