Now that is just stupid. First, the game makes you pay for a monthly fee, and clearly states what the fee is for. What did this person expect? Their character to level while they aren't playing? Goddam I hate people who sue for stupid shit.

Both the person suing and the whoever wrote that article need to get their facts straight about the billing system. There's no "reactivation fee" and no way in hell you need to pay for the months during which your account was deactivated!
The only way to permanently lose your account after 90 days is if you delete it, as opposed to deactivate... And that's not including the return to vana'diel thing.
This person is retarded and is obviously trying to beat the system claiming that she tried to restore an obviously deleted account but couldn't, and then claiming that she had to pay 2 years worth of payments, even though her account didn't exist.
I'm gonna find this bitch on the interwebz and troll her brains out.
