Well now, i actually did just that. for anyone else with this problem, skip the online, person, they can't/won't help you and just wait on hold on the phone. Here's a copy of that worthless conversation:

SEI POL Chris F.: Unfortunately it appears the account was banned due to a chargeback on the credit card at one point. It could have been at any time during your membership.
Heather R: a chargeback? what does that mean? and why would it get me banned?
SEI POL Chris F.: It means your CC stopped working for us at some point. It's a new policy we implimented to identify the proper account holders.
SEI POL Chris F.: The bad news is I can not unban the account at this time.
Heather R: so how do i get it unbanned?
SEI POL Chris F.: The good news is you will probaly be able to be unbanned tomorrow of you call back.
Heather R: and how is that fair? credit cards expire? that would be the only reason, how do you stop a card from expiring?
Heather R: i don't understand why it would get you banned for something the credit card company does?
SEI POL Chris F.: It's something we are implimenting to stop Real Money Traders from stealing CCs and charging accounts. I wouldn't worry too much if I were you. You should get your account back tomorrow if you call back.
SEI POL Chris F.: I'm sorry I couldn't help you today.
SEI POL Chris F.: Are there any other issues I can assist you with right now, Heather?
Heather R: why do i need to call back? sorry to seem beligerant, but i've been a faithful customer for 5 or 6 years, i pay for 3 accounts, and i'm going to miss a ton of events tonight
Heather R: if it's something yall are doing, why cant yall fix it?

Thank god i didn't hang up with their phone service. The person i spoke to on the phone was actually able to help me right away and took the ban off all my accounts, and was actually nice =p. Unfortunately i have to re-register all my accounts and their registration service is down right now
Hope no one else out there has ever had their credit card expire or you better watch out, SE is out to get you!
