So where is most of you all who are actually playing XIV located at? I looked at the forum for FFXIV post here and its back from 2010 XD. So wondering were is everyone located within the game if anyone is still playing.

The FFIV forum is under the member section (although people haven't posted in it for a few months) with details on servers different old players are on.
I upgraded your forum status so you should be able to access it now.
