Pretty lack luster. Some standouts are WAR legs, THF hands and NIN hands.

THF feet are good for ws. Also would be best tp feet if you can cap haste without feet slot. Also NiN body will give a semi decent piece with dual weild.

These upgrades are decent for the jobs I play at least.

SMN head is good for merit pacts. Feet are interesting since we haven't had a pet Magical Critical attack + piece yet outside of maybe a lucky augment. There is -23 seconds on those 5 pieces for BP delay which leads me to believe some reduction is forthcoming from -15 hard cap. I think a -30 cap is more reasonable with the state of the game these days, so avatars could fire off a Rage/Ward every half a minute.

WHM legs are even more fantastic for barspells now. Head maybe is a good precast piece for those who use precast builds. Hands good for enfeebling builds.

Most of these sets have at least a few usable items (which is more than most were at 75).

Drg went from only head being worth the digital space it takes up to Head+feet are nice. Body situationally good. Legs/hands meh.

Thf hand/feet are nice. Body 'could' rival the existing options but it hinges entirely on the crit damage boost and work its way into an evis build.

Rng feet look really nice actually. The double shot bonus damage on body could make that something to wear half the time (double shot 1:30 duration, 3:00 recast). Hands will be good for marksmanship builds. Legs might have a place if you dont need the STP vs evasive mobs. Rng made out pretty good really. I think every piece has at least SOME use. Not to mention, nearly the whole set is great for a -enm build if your into that.

Rdm in general looks really nice. Epic nuking boots. Hands are just better enhancing gloves than before. Body with enhancing 15 is just win. head kinda meh competing with empy+2. Legs kinda meh, but highest dex for lolAlmace maybe? Tumblers prob still better with the atk /shrug.

Most of these sets are pretty decent. Everyone gets at least 1-2 must haves, 1-2 situational nifty things, and a piece or 2 of crap which is way better than 4/5 for every job being crap like they were at 75.

Some pieces that stand out to me:

DRK head will probably find itself in my set for casting dark magic. The hands may be a decent WS piece too, since some Scythe WSs use INT or MND, and it still has some STR as well.

DNC head for extra waltz potency. Not sure about the rest. Feet might be useful for an EVA set.

Hope it's significant reduced spellcasting, because I've already muled most of my fast cast gear to make room. Would make a nice piece in a high-resist-nuke-set, but really don't have the space for it.

I've been considering muling this piece because I have refresh body and the other stats are negligible, with this upgrade not much has changed. Will need to wait and see what they do with healing skill, but can't imagine it beating nefer/heka

EDIT: Oh they have enhancing skill, that's probably why I haven't muled it yet. Ignore what I said about these then, will probably keep them around.

Nice boosts to Enhancing Magic! Awesome nuking feet. Just like currently, the head is kinda "meh" except for the very rare mobs that resist enfeebles. I was expecting a 2mp/tic refresh on the +2, but we didn't get it. :(

I got really excited about finally getting MAB on feet, until I remembered AF3+2. Wildfire users can't give up the damage boost from AF3. The head is interesting: I really, really hope that increases the 1-75 rolls' proc rate to 100%... not that I use the old rolls very often. Head and body make for good Slug/Detonator pieces, and body hopefully makes Random Deal a little more predictable. Hands are a POS.
