Square Enix's new MMORPG

I'm not sure if people have read or seen this already but here is the website to their new MMORPG.

Title is called:
Fantasy Earth: The Ring of Dominion
and it seems very similar to Lineage II + with Ragnarok

anybody can translate some of the key info? Whats up with this game is it out already? What platforms? Does it look any good or does it seem like a half assed MMO? Also is this coming out in the usa?

I'm actually really dissapointed in the way that it looks. ._. I mean one of the reasons I love FFXI is that it's got pretty damn good graphics, especially for being as old as it is. But otherwise- I hope SE learns from the mistakes they've made in FFXI and make the new one better.
There were some screenshots floating around a while ago about a new MMO SE was making codenamed "Rapture", it's got it's own wiki page. Are these the same MMO?
